Registration Policies
- For registration, Payment MUST accompany the filled Registration Form.
- Confirmations of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment
- For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration Form
- The registration is transferable (to a colleague) up to June 29, 2012.
- On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available
- For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.
- Cancellation received up to July 04, 2012 will be entitled to 35% refund. Cancellation after this date is liable to lose the entire fee.
Payment
- For DOMESTIC DELEGATES: Please draw the cheque in Favor of “Quality Solutions for Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore, INDIA.
- For International DELEGATES: Only US$ Drafts will be accepted.
