Frederic is senior consultant at Smartesting. He started his career in a research computer lab working on formal verification. This is how he crossed Smartesting which he joined as expert and technology counsellor attached to Smartesting R& D manager in 2005. During 3 years with the R&D team, he was in charge of organizing the adoption and implementation of Agile development methodologies. He is still a very active player of the Agile community. More recently, he moved to the Smartesting Consulting team, dispensing his expertise to various clients in Europe and in India. As such, he played an active role in the success of critical projects with BNPParibas and with the French Railway company, SNCF.

Michel has spent most of his professional career working with European high tech industrial companies, in particular in the e-transaction business sector. Within these organisations such as Gemalto, n°1 chip card solution provider, he held worldwide responsibilities, building solutions together with specialised IT partners for markets such as banking card payments, mobile communications, e-government digital security schemes. Just before joining Smartesting, Michel lead the development of a solution specifically designed for the end-to-end testing of critical e-payment software solutions.
