Hemalatha has over 12 years of IT experience. She was earlier heading the Enterprise Performance Testing Solutions (EPTS) - IVS, Infosys Technologies Ltd, India. Hema has incubated EPTS which offers performance testing solutions and services and has setup the State – of – Art Performance Testing Lab at Infosys. She has also setup Testing Competency centers at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Aditi Technologies. She has published many papers at various international testing conferences as well as co-authored a book in testing published by Tata-McGraw-Hill – “Software Testing: Effective Methods, Tools and Techniques”. She has published papers on topics such as testing being career mainstream, on testing lifecycle, functional testing as well as ROI through performance testing. She has published an article in the HSBC’s Guide to Trade Cash and Treasury Management in Asia Pacific (2008) – “Performance Testing of Cash Management Applications” and in Standard Chartered Middle East and Africa –The Guide to Working Capital Management 2007/2008 – “Ensuring High Availability of Corporate Treasury Applications in South East Asian Countries”. She has spoken at leading engineering colleges to showcase the benefits of taking testing as a career as well as being the technical reviewer in International Conferences. She has presented a talk on “Performance Testing – what it is not” through EduSat – reaching out to over 120 engineering colleges under VTU using the satellite medium.
Shubhra Banerji - Test Manager, IVS, Infosys
She has a Masters Degree in Physics (Integrated M.Sc) from IIT Kharagpur and is the recipient of R.G. Chatterjee Memorial Gold Medal at IIT Kharagpur on being adjudged the best student in Grade Point Average, Project Work and Laboratory Practices.
She has 11 years of extensive software experience in Development and Testing in various Domains. As part of her current role, she is responsible for managing a group of Test Engineers and Analysts to provide defect-free tested software to client. She is involved in Estimation, Status Reporting, Metrics Analysis and Quality Management in her project.

Kiran is associated with the testing practice - Independent Validation Solutions Unit, managing clients in Banking & Finance service domain. He has extensive software experience in the field of Life sciences, Biomedical applications, Banking & Finance domain, and Retail domain. He has about 12 years of experience in the IT industry covering project management, delivery and client relationship roles. He has published & presented several papers in conferences in the field of project management, software testing, clinical data management and biomedical engineering.
Kiran has won the best paper award in the PML Conference in 2004. His current research interest and publications are primarily in Project Management and Quantitative Test Management. He received his Bachelors in Electronics & Communication engineering from Madras University in 1993 and a Masters by Research in Biomedical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai in 1996. Kiran is also PMP certified.

Nagaraj has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently he is working with Independent Validation Solutions (IVS), a testing unit of Infosys. Nagaraj has worked in product engineering and testing group with good exposure to product development, maintenance, support and testing. He has managed multiple development and testing projects in Retail and Telecom / datacom domains. His experience spans across different roles covering Project Management, program management, Account Management and co-ordination roles. His program management has helped few of the high risk projects to reach steady state. He has been awarded Infosys Excellence award for Customer Satisfaction.
