Vijayan has over 13 years of Software Engineering experience, which includes 5 years as a Manager (Development & QA), in shipping many products. He has been with Adobe Systems for over the last 5 years, as a Quality Manager for 3+ years, and most recently as Engineering Manager for Web Applications on www.adobe.com. Vijayan has experience in all phases of Software Development, working on Shrink-wrap, mobile & hosted applications, handling multiple product releases simultaneously for Adobe.

He has developed expertise in identifying delivery bottlenecks, defining and maturing processes to build scalable delivery teams. Vijayan also has sound knowledge of Quality tools, metrics and has led an Adobe Wide expert committee on tools. Vijayan has also worked with Tavant Technologies and Sun Microsystems. Vijayan has a B.E. (Computer Science) from the University of Madras.
