Registration Policies:
• For Conference or Tutorial registration, Payment MUST accompany the Registration Form.
• Confirmations of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.
• For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration Form
• The registration is transferable (to a colleague) but not refundable after Jan 11th January 2008.
• On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available
• All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the Conference venue.
• For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation received up to 4TH January 2008 will be entitled to 35% refund. Cancellation after this date is liable to lose the entire fee.
Payment:
• For DOMESTIC DELEGATES: Please draw the cheque in Favor of “Quality Solutions for Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore, INDIA.
• For International DELEGATES: Only US$ Drafts will be accepted.
Registration Timings:
• Tutorial Registration: 0800hrs and 1300hrs on respective dates.
• Conference Registration: 0800hrs on respective dates.
