Good test teams build camaraderie, confidence in their abilities and a solid process for working together. But these internal dynamics--while positive in themselves--can create a wall between the team and other stakeholders in the IT organization. The effective test teams have to tackle many difficult and intricate tasks in today's complex AD organizations. This presentation is based on the personal experiences of the author on how to build an effective test team by focusing on right positioning of the test team within the enterprise. |
Madhu Murty Ronanki is a Senior Executive and Lead of the Accenture Test Services in India. Madhu has over 20 years of industry experience covering development and testing in both services and product development companies. Previously, Madhu served as SVP-Technical Services for AppLabs and prior to that Madhu headed the financial services delivery group at Virtusa. He has also worked with Baan R&D as their head of Product Testing. Over the past fifteen years, Madhu has focused his attention on building strong delivery and testing capability organizations. Alongside this, he continues to play an active role in the testing industry by speaking at many premier testing conferences and forums on the need for independent testing services and the future of the testing industry.
