Rudolf Tegelaar joined the organization October 1st, 2007 as Regional Manager MEA. Current objective in India and the Middle East, identify and support projects in regards to training and certification within the EXIN portfolio. Building contacts on government/corporate level. Grow the EXIN partner network in the region to support customers choosing EXIN products. Work with the EXIN partners to grow training and certification needs like ITIL, ISO 20000, T-Map, ASL/BiSL and MOF Before joining EXIN, Rudolf Tegelaar was Regional Direct Middle East at CompTIA focused developing certification growth in the region, roundtable meetings. Before that he worked at a leading Dutch IT training institute as a product manager introducing BootCamp to the Dutch market. Tegelaar studied at the Dutch academy for government administration and Hotel Management School. |

Recently software testing was for people who were sitting on the bench waiting for a new assignment now it is the new market hype. In the fast growing business of software testing ‘the one eyed is no longer king’. Testing has proven to be an important part of providing software to the market. What do you do with training and certification? Why can you as an organization benefit from educated and certified staff. The need for quality requires investment in human capital. How do you get a return on investment from training and certification. Use certification as a tool to measure quality of staff and suppliers. |
